Alight Solutions Client Specialist interview questions

I first talked with Alight Solutions at my university's career fair. I was then invited for a 45 minute on-campus interview with a representative from Alight. The final interview consisted of a dinner with other candidates and Alight employees the night before a day of interviews. During the final round you learn more about the company and complete two 45 minute interviews.

First round interview was on campus at my university. Interview was extremely comfortable as they just wanted to know more about you. Final round was in their Lincolnshire office and was a bit more formal, but overall still relaxed.
