The hiring process proceeded quickly. I applied at the end of April 2019, talked with the position recruiter and had a first phone interview at the beginning of May 2019. I had an in-person interview at the Lincolnshire, IL office in mid May and was officially offered the job a few days after. The phone interview was pretty straightforward and lasted roughly 45 minutes. I was asked questions referencing what I knew about the company and the position specifically, also about some of my experience in using Excel. The in-person interview was over an hour and a half time frame and the time was split up between two Alight team members each lasting roughly 45 minutes. During the in-person interview I was asked about some of my previous work experience as well as my experience with Excel. The interviewers did ask me about the five company values. I was also asked questions about my learning style and future goals.

Very organized and a smooth process. The interviewees were nice and friendly. The questions were not difficult and easy to answer. The interview was described and then questions were asked and answered.
