Align Technology Sales interview questions

I interviewed with a Manager who had been with the company for 8 years or so. He had risen up the ranks starting as an outside sales rep. He actually said," We like to work hard and play hard here." Needless to say, I was not interested in working for someone who would actually articulate their working motto as such. He actually sounded like a moron.
