Received an email from a recruiter to schedule a time and did so. Spent days prepping and ready to ace the interview. Come to find out it’s only a 10-15 minute intro call- the recruiter was not enthusiastic, was very dry and did not seem like they liked their job. 1st red flag. They did not ask me any compelling questions and it felt scripted. 2nd red flag. They asked if I would be ok with making “free content” for Alignment along with an 1hr assessment & 3 more interviews. 3rd red flag. Overall this initial interview was awful and it says a lot about this company. They also did not want to provide a salary range and I was ghosted from the recruiter after they said I was a great fit for this role. I guess Rejection is misdirection
