I was recruited for the role via a recruiter within the organization via LinkedIn. I had a 3 level interview process. One with the hiring manager, then a counter partner with the same role but a different region and lastly with the Chief of Contracting and Market Management. Everything was standard and organized. However, I understand if I may not have the expertise or was not the desired candidate my distastes was that I received nothing after going through all of those interviews. No email, no phone call, simply nothing. That's truly something that irks me from an organization as it has happened with organizations.
