Alimentiv Clinical Operations Lead interview questions

I applied once for a job that was advertised on LinkedIn for 3 months and later learned from an employee that there was actually no open position. Several months laterI saw the posting was renewed, so I asked my contact again and they confirmed they were looking for someone this time. I applied again, and got an interview invite four (yes 4) months later. The interview was a nice 1:1 with a manager, but it was the last time I heard from them. If I didn't know someone who is happy there, I would keep away from them. Maybe it is just the HR department...
