There was a phone screening to start with, and after about a month I was invited for an in-person interview. I found everyone very welcoming, I felt that they were trying to get a sense of my personality and how I would mesh with the team, not just scope out my experience. Their questions were good, I found them very practical/relevant compared to interviews I have had in the past.
