I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Alimentiv (London, ON)
Interview
The interview was done by the two supervisors you would report to if you are hired. They, both were very kind and very friendly. They explain the position very clearly and what the responsibilities would be
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alimentiv (London, ON) in Sep 2024
Interview
I had two interviews, on with the HR team and another with people from the ISC team. The first one was very quick, I think it was more of an overview of the position. The second one lasted 1 hour but it was very good, with questions about me and situational issues.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alimentiv (London, ON) in May 2021
Interview
10 minute phone interview with HR where she just described the role and talked about Alimentiv. She asks pretty basic questions about your eligibility ie. do you live in London, when could you start, are you willing to work shift schedule? Etc
Got a second interview 2 weeks later. This was a panel interview over zoom with 3 managers. They each took turns asking a question. All the questions were competency/behavioral based.
Right after the panel interview they email you a single question and you have 15 minutes to answer in 3 or less paragraphs and email it back to them.
Got the rejection email 2 weeks later with no clear reason why I wasn’t the best fit.
