The interview process was abnormally long (3.2 months) and consisted of three rounds of interviews, both individual and panel, followed by a formal presentation to another panel, and ultimately an interview with the CEO. After the first three rounds, which took several weeks to complete, I was ghosted for over a month before receiving notification that I was moving to the next stage and presenting. The day before the presentation, I was notified that it had to be cancelled due to a scheduling conflict and that they would reschedule in the coming days. This never occurred and I was ghosted again even after a courtesy follow up request. I then received an email stating they had made changes and I was no longer under consideration.
