The interview process was divided in 3 steps, two of which were made-up of 2 sub-stages: 1. Phone screen 2. Technical interview + interview with the VP Engineering 3. Interview with one of the co-founders + team fit (informal mingle at a bar with the team) Except for the interviews with one of the co-founders and the VP Engineering, all of these were group interviews. Communication is mainly by email and the interviews are at Alkemics. Alkemics is very punctual and professional during the interview and hiring process. The whole process is challenging, but they are very available and responsive if you have questions or concerns.
