I applied online. I interviewed at Alkermes (Waltham, MA) in May 2019
Interview
People I spoke with were great. Day long interviews - stayed overnight for travel purposes. Thought it went well. It's been well over 2 months now and no response from any representative at the company or any of those I personally interviewed with. I've also followed up with no response. If a person physically goes in for an in-person interview, there is no reason that a simple generic "thanks but no thanks" email could be sent to candidates. It certainly tarnishes the company's image for the future.
I talked to HR and then hiring manager. They never confirmed what happened after that. I tried to reach out to the HR but I couldn’t. I think just to say No and wishing success shouldn’t be that hard.
Last round was 5 in person, on site, back to back interviews. Found out I didn't get it with a couple days. Feedback to my recruiters was just "he didn't have enough experience"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alkermes
Interview
I had a phone screen with someone in HR. I felt it went well, but then I was completely ghosted after following up a couple of times. Really poor communication. Completely ghosted.
