I was first contacted by Human Resources and had a phone interview. After I was set up for an in-person interview and tour of the unit. Overall is was a fairly easy interview and it was nice to have a small tour of the unit and be able to meet some of the staff

Typical but before I went in they already inquired about me from other employers from friends that they knew that worked in the same facility. It was a bit odd.
