Interview
It was pretty typical for a nursing position. First I had HR interview then in person with the hiring manager. they asked a lot of the standard questions like tell me about a time you had a difficult patient and how you handled it
Initial phone screen regarding expectations, floor preferences, etc, then an in person interview with manager(s) of floors you’re interested in. They also offer shadowing on the floor. Very straightforward, good experience overall.

Typical but before I went in they already inquired about me from other employers from friends that they knew that worked in the same facility. It was a bit odd.
