Seven interviews for seven positions. All were in hospital cafeteria. Was told on every interview that they knew me, knew my excellent work ethic, knew that I totally understood the naming convention and habits of the system, and they loved my trouble shooting. And that I was only there because they have to write something down and that I was a "shoe-in". Then I find someone was already picked before the interviews even started.
