Interview
Took place over Zoom. Asked standard behavioral and situational interview questions. Interviews were scheduled for 30 minute windows. First meeting with hiring manager, then meeting with an interview panel, then meeting with higher leadership.

Tells us about a time you where you were met with conflict and how did you handle the situation?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allegheny Health Network (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2013
Interview
Interview process consisted of one phone screen with the HR recruiter and one in person interview with the hiring manager. The entire process seemed very rushed. (This should have been a red flag). I did not met anyone else in person prior to being hired. There was not much discussion of the real duties of the position.

The interviewers did not seem to have a clear idea of what the ideal candidate for this position would be. As a result, many questions seemed to be irrelevant.
