1) Technical Telephonic 2) Face to Face Technical 3) Face to Face Managerial 4) US Counter part Technical/Managerial After taking 5 rounds of Interview they don't care to share the Feedback. after 1 week I called Recruitment Consultant she told me they want more experience people. My question is It take 5 rounds of interview to decide they need to more experience people.... So...Don't waste the time and don't take the organization seriously ... They will do just time pass
