Applied through Glassdoor. Initial 30 minute phone interview with a University Relations rep. Very general conversation. We talked about goals, hobbies, etc. They called me within two days to schedule a 1 hour Skype interview with a few managers in the area I would be working in. They asked both behavioral and technical questions during this interview. They followed up within a few days to invite me to their campus to interview in-person. Interviewed in-person with a board of two engineering directors, an engineering manager, and an HR representative. Interview was largely behavioral questions. We also talked about the area and whether I would like the surrounding area. They followed up with an offer the very next day. Allegion does not like to waste time. Their university reps were very communicative throughout the entire process. Beautiful campus. This company has their stuff together on every level.
