The panel interview was broken into two parts, one panel was with HR and another manager, the second panel was directly with the hiring manager. The interview ended with me asking a question if there was anything in my background and experience that would prevent them from moving forward with me and was told "no." One week after I was rejected for the position, they once again posted the same position.
