Applied online and was initially denied. Received a message on LinkedIn a couple months later to chat. First talked to Recruiter on the phone and answered some standard questions about my experience. Then had a phone interview with my direct supervisor. Did not hear back but followed up a week later and was told they offered the position to another candidate. Overall, fine experience.
