I received an email from recruiter to schedule an initial phone screen about 2 weeks after applying to position online. I had phone screen with recruiter the following Monday. Phone screen lasted about 10 to 15 minutes via Teams. Recruiter asked questions about my work experience, current position, and salary expectations. I was sent an email from recruiter to schedule an one hour interview with hiring manager about 15 minutes after our phone screen for the next day and was also sent benefits details. Interview with hiring manager was a video call via Teams and was more finding out what the expectations and responsibilities were for the position, the team structure, project and application that I would be working on, tools that will be used on the daily basis, company's culture and was mostly a cultural fit interview. Hiring manager let me know that he wanted to move on to the next step which would be a 2 hour panel interview. HR coordinator sent email about availability for 2 hour panels about two days after hiring manager interview. I was sent final information with date, time and who the interviewers were for 2 hour panel interview the next day. 2 hour panel interview via Teams video call was split into two 1 hour interviews. 1st panel interview had hiring manager and product owner. I was asked behavioral based questions. 2nd panel interview consisted former director of the team, Scrum Master, Lead Scrum Master and Agile coach also a behavioral based interview. Everyone at the company were so easy to talk. At first, I was dreading the 2 hour interview, but it was smooth, learned a lot about the team, company, application. Definitely didn't feel like a 2 hour interview. 2 days after panel interviews I received an offer.
