The application procedure involved a multi-stage assessment, commencing with a multiple-choice question (MCQ) test designed to evaluate fundamental knowledge. Successful candidates then proceeded to a group discussion (GD) round, fostering collaborative problem-solving and communication skills, culminating in a comprehensive Technical and Human Resources (HR) interview.

Interview
The entire hiring process was very well organized. The hiring team was extremely friendly and approachable, this helped me get through my interview with ease. The hiring process had 4 rounds, starting with a technical test. Based on the test performance, candidates were shortlisted for round2 which was a group discussion. Topics for the discussion were mostly easy. Based on the round 2 performance candidates were again shortlisted for the final technical and HR interviews.
