Allegion QA Automation Engineer interview questions

One Online assessment, Two technical rounds, One managerial round. I completed all the Technical rounds and the interview process was quite smooth. All the technical interviews were online and mostly automation-related questions with in-depth coding skills. I got rejected in the managerial round where I was interviewed for more than 1 hour by two managers. I never got to hear from the recruiter that I got rejected until I approached the recruiter and ask myself after 5 days. They did not find it necessary to inform a candidate who spent more than 5 hours in the interview process.
