They scheduled me for a phone interview with one of the project leads. Since that went well, I had an in person interview the next week. It lasted about a half day and I interviewed with all the leads and some of the people working on the project.

It was a good mix of technical questions and behavioral questions. The best question was asking me how I would builds something. With this question, they just wanted to see my thought process and how I would tackle the project.

The interview process was pretty standard. They said they would make a decision in 2 days, but after almost 3 weeks I haven't heard anything, even after emailing for an update. It would be nice to let people know if they didn't get an offer after a 4 hour interview.
