I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AllianceBernstein (New York, NY) in Jul 2010

Interview

Had an initial phone interview then was asked to come in to interview. Met with a 2 managers and 1 senior manager. No technical questions, a few scenarios (eg. translate this problem into a set of requirements) and lots of questions about my resume and about my past experience and what I can bring to the group. Very friendly, but professional interview.
