I thought the interview progressed as to be expected for a sales interview. A thorough review of my background starting from high school. They're looking for motivated, motivated, motivated, and ready to learn the Bernstein way. Looking for some sophistication, you need to be able to prove you're the type of person that can attract and retain wealthy clientele. Professional interviewers, no one with the intention to make you feel uncomfortable.

describe a situation where you worked successfully with a difficult individual?
Multiple phone interviews. Spoke to recruiters, market executive, and advisors. Mostly reviewed what the role was/ entailed, talked about experience and goals/ expectations. Questions were pretty routine and not too difficult.
After 5 interviews I was told that the personality test determined I was not a good fit for the position. I would hav liked to have known that prior to undergoing the 5 interviews.

I had the choice of a phone or video interview. We spoke for about an hour, which was very conversational. Next steps would be to meet with the person in charge of the region.
