Interview
I applied through my school's on campus recruiting process. I was abroad so the interview was done through skype. The interviewer was pretty disengaged throughout but it was all behavioral questions asking about a time I had set new standards or resolved a conflict amongst group members etc. It was a very short interview last around 20 minutes.
