There are multiple rounds of interviews for college students and recent graduates. The interview process isn’t too intense and most of management is approachable and kind. Many hires come on from their internship programs, which makes it easier to interview and get comfortable with the company.

Very great experience thus far, began with a hirevue, then a one on one zoom interview that mainly asked technical questions, then an in person interview with three associates and a managing director.

Why AB, Why not other firms, tell me about an experience where you failed, what drives you to being an associate, why private wealth management.
Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.
