Interview
One phone interview then numerous rounds of in person interview. In total five rounds, all different people, all one on one. The questions were pretty straightforward, mostly behaviorial, all interviews were basically the same. Office environment was nice and the people were very friendly.

The interview process is more of a cultural fit more than anything else but come prepared to discuss how to collaborate on a team and problem solve. They’re looking for team players and coachable individuals.
Met with the hiring manager and senior administrative assistant. Very nice office, professional and the questions were fair and typical of most interviews. Should be dressed in a suit and come prepared with 3+ copies of your resume.
