The company called me in response to an online application. The hiring manager himself interviewed me. Very cordial and respectful. Then left me with his colleague for a while -- also very pleasant. No "test" questions of any sort. Mostly interested in what I've done over the years and why, and in the numerous work samples I provided. Then a brief encounter with an HR person, and that was it.
