Interview
The interview process was quite easy, but there seems to be something unusual going on at the Nashville office. My first attempt I had a stellar resume, but the recruiter ghosted me while was being told by one the leaders of the team I’ll make a great fit. Lastly on the second attempt, had to reach out myself then was told they’re not moving forward. I realized from prior employees that certain divisions of the company at this particular location does not align with its “Diversity” ambition. It’s quite interesting in certain departments, it gets far less diverse and there are some gatekeepers involved. Especially for positions that have competitive pay. In all, if you’re not a POC don’t bother try applying for competitive roles, better luck with the positions that have poor comp. Even for Nashville standards. Also these former employees don’t even work in the same industry as AB since the roles they worked in require very little skill.

Very great experience thus far, began with a hirevue, then a one on one zoom interview that mainly asked technical questions, then an in person interview with three associates and a managing director.

Both behavioral and technical questions were asked. Not very hard. Interviewers are friendly. Zoom interview one on one. With hiring manager and the team. Overall it is a pretty good interview experience.
You have to complete the online interview first. Four questions and three attempts each. Good thing is you can prepare as long as you need for each question.why fit this role; client experiences; define success for yourself; failure&lesson learned
