There was a run of the mill phone screen which was simply part of the process to get you over to the Hiring Manager which was confirmed by the representative from HR of whom I spoke to.
The video interview started off on the wrong foot due to one of the employees sending the wrong Zoom link to a conference meeting instead of the one with the Hiring Manager. Upon realizing this, I contacted them immediately and something that should have taken minutes to resolve ended up taking much longer and as such, my interview had to be moved to another day. They outsource other HR duties which explains why a simple task couldn't be taken care of immediately.
The day of the interview comes and it was off on the wrong foot from the opening minute. It was as if the person interviewing me saw a person of color and was shocked. She didn't want to be there and it couldn't have been more obvious. She'd attempt to finish my sentences and her look was one of disinterest the entire time. When the interview was over, she couldn't have disconnected any faster.
I didn't get an offer (obviously) and I was glad to not have advanced in the process. If you can treat someone with hostility during the process, you'll do the same once they're under you.
