The interview consisted of 1 30 minute behavioral interview, then a following 1 hour of 2 behavioral interviews, and finally 1 more hour of behavioral interviews. I applied through on campus recruiting and the recruiter reached out separately.

Very informal first interview with the manager or the office. Stated he would follow up by Tuesday next week, didn't hear from them. Called and left a message, they called back a week later than promised. Scheduled the 2nd interview and cancelled the day of to say they would reschedule the following Tuesday and no word on that day again.
