I had a first meeting with the hiring manager then they brought me on site for a second team interview. After that, I heard absolutely nothing from them for weeks. This is after I took time off work to come on site for an interview. I eventually checked the portal to see if I could see a status and only there did I see I was rejected. There was no turn down email or anything to notify me that I was not moving further in the process. This is so disrespectful from candidates who take time to come on site to interview, the least you could is notify them through an email they were not selected.
