The interview process was very disorganized and rushed. I read about all the poor reviews on Alliant, but chose to go through as a candidate because I know the hiring manager. My experience was very poor - At every point in the process, a different person (HR, admin, different departments) was reaching out to me to schedule a time to meet, often only giving me a couple days and very limited time options. They seemed to want someone in the role very quickly but never asked me what my timeline was and never disclosed salary range. Ultimately, they brought me in for the last round of interviews for almost two hours. During the interview, one of the interviewers yawned throughout the interview and then the hiring manager said something that made it clear that they weren't moving forward with me. The whole experience was very stressful and unprofessional. I would say if you have any other option, don't interview here!
