Only got to the phone screen. It had me schedule a time online. Phone call lasted 15 minutes. Discussed my experience and had time to ask questions at the end.

Met with two supervisors. Talked about the role. Talked about the company. Talked about past experience. Talked about the industry and the qualities it takes to succeed. Talked about past employer. Talked about how the position fits within the team.

Interview
It was not hard, they just wanted more of a personality fit. The people I interviewed were who I would actually work with. They really focused on being able to handle large workloads and constantly being redirected cannot be a problem. They talked about being about being able to have multiple bosses and people who expect work from you.
