Interview
A casual group interview with 3 staff managers, 1 special interests/project manager and an operations manager. The questions were very standard. The panel was very friendly and personal. The interview was not intimidating.
However, there were inappropriate questions regarding child care and commuting. I'm positive these questions were not asked of male applicants.
Straightforward. Had 3 interviews including initial interview with HR. Great pay, was offered more than I asked for. Was asked questions to basically see if you know you what you’re talking about in the insurance world.
It started with a recruiter, then who I would be working for, and finally Human Resources. Each individual was super friendly and explained everything and answered all my questions I submitted my resume and completed forms online. One of the easiest processes I have so far in the job market.
