It's difficult to describe the interview process when the recruiter ghosts you. What was strange, was she called and left me a message the day before telling me she was moving my resume on to her team for a second interview... I didn't have the first one yet. I called her right back but no return call. The next day I wait for my call and zip, nada, nothing. I emailed her, I phoned her and still no response! I was looking at the number of applicants for the position as well as others in her company and they didn't have a lot of applicants. Under 15 people per role and that was on the high side. Another disappointing experience, if they treat their fellow human resource candidates like this what must they treat the other candidates that aren't their future colleagues. This is pathetic and represents what a poor organization this is. In the end, I know I dodged a bullet and moving on.
