The phone interview was great. Easy questions, not intimidating. They made it seem like I was the only candidate they were interested in, in fact the guy even said I was only to get an email a day later saying thanks but no thanks. They really led me on and led me to believe I would get another zoom interview.
Straightforward. Had 3 interviews including initial interview with HR. Great pay, was offered more than I asked for. Was asked questions to basically see if you know you what you’re talking about in the insurance world.
It started with a recruiter, then who I would be working for, and finally Human Resources. Each individual was super friendly and explained everything and answered all my questions I submitted my resume and completed forms online. One of the easiest processes I have so far in the job market.
