I was warned by the recruiter the interview process could take up to 3 months and that the process was very slow. At the end of our call she advised if I had any additional questions to reach out to her which I did that same night and was ignored. The following week I was sent the email that they wouldn’t move forward with me. As an HR professional, I realize that recruiters do not have it easy and probably get spammed with some many messages and can’t reply to them all but it really annoys me that out of obligation or whatever it is they always say to reach out if applicants have questions and when they actually do they get ignored.
