I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
First round was a half-hour on-campus interview, second was 2 rounds of 30 minutes each with senior leaders, and last was 3 half-hour rounds with senior leaders including the hiring manager. The process moved very quickly and everyone was relatively nice. Was asked a mix of behavioral and domain specific questions, and a couple brain teaser-like questions. Overall not too bad if you know your stuff.

Applied online. One week later, I received the first round interview invitation. It is a 30-minute HR phone screen. The HR explained the hybrid schedule and relocation to Minneapolis. And then I got scheduled for the second round interview with two actuarial AVPs in the product development team and the financial reporting team. Ten days later, I received a personalized rejection letter. People are very nice and quick to respond.
