Got contacted by a head hunter saying Allianz wants to see for me for a job. Got 2 interviews scheduled. The first, with HR has been such an lack of basic respect: the interviewer 30 min late (without any notice), 20 min of interview (while 1h was planned), she made very clear that HER time is much more valuable than MINE. Conclusion of the interview: "anyway, we do not have jobs opened right now. Any question? You'll find your way out of the building". Didn't go to the second one: don't want to work for such a disrespectful company.
