Interview
Had a telephone interview and was then invited for a face to face interview.
First of all was a technical test and then a formal interview. The two people interviewing me were impersonal and cold and not at all easy to talk to.
I received feedback in writing in which they basically accused me of lying on my CV. I hadn’t. They clearly did not pay attention to my answers.
The interview process was easy because the questions were straightforward, the interviewer was friendly, and the environment felt comfortable, allowing me to express myself confidently without unnecessary pressure or stress.
The interview process was at an induction day where multiple candidates were present. We received a presentation and spoke to existing employees. It was an insightful day into the life of a claims handler.
quick with interview and call exercise. Easy if you have customer service experience. You get notified of your outcome in the next few days. The interview is mainly behavioural and can be tough but be honest
