I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allianz in Jan 2013
Interview
The telephone interview was lasing for 20 minutes. The HR first went through the resume and asked some routine question. Then, she asked my project experience by using a specific software, and experiences in school. There was one behavior question, which was about how to solve a problem when it is extremely hard to get the result. HR was very nice.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter, which was pleasant and covered basic resume history and exam track. I then had two thirty minute interviews with senior actuaries. One was pleasant, one was more confrontational and technical.
