The interview process when I did it back in 2020 was very seamless. Interviewed with the Business Development manager after being connected by a recruiter. I got the job after one interview. The department grew once I left though so it could be very different now

Interview process was held in two stages: first - telephone interview with a manager and one of the current interns; second - personal interviews in Munich with all managers from the team. Phone interview lasted for 30 mins, personal interview lasted for 3-4 hours, also included an Excel test.
