Interview
At first there was a written test which had questions to test the general aptitude and language.
Second round was speaking. a topic was given and we were to speak about it for 3 minutes.
third round was the interview. It was just a casual interview with general questions to check the language skills and how you answer the questions.

I had an interview with the manager. They asked me about my Experience & Background: Questions about my previous work experience, especially in sales, customer service, or any experience in the insurance or finance industries, my methods for prospecting clients, and how I close deals.
