I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Allianz in Aug 2021
Interview
I had the worst experience in the interview process. They’re very unprofessional. The HR employee was very careless. She does not follow up or even send rejection email and when I asked for an update, she said she would get back to me the following week but she never did. Also, in the technical interview I was basically told that I was accepted. A month later, I found that they hired someone else. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional interview process. They do not take responsibility for what they say as I had so many plans changed when they told me they would hire me and wasted more than a month waiting for the offer
I applied online. I interviewed at Allianz (Paris)
Interview
Firstly I received a HR phone call screening, then received Interview with Head of the department and team members, HR interview as final round to discuss contract and starting date. The hiring process was fairly quick.
