Application
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allianz in Nov 2014
Interview
They take two rounds which are really with very basics technical questions followed with HR.
They are not clear what they want. They asked me to send salary slip and Latest Offer/increment letter which i sent them. when I called them for status then they said that my experience is very high which leads them to put my profile on HOLD which was really not a professional answer. How can they say after all rounds that my experience is high?
I think they themselves are not clear what they want?
Almost all people who cleared second round in that drive got the same feedback.

Question 1
They asked me Difference between Validation and Verification which was really not expected for a person whose experience is 8 years in testing.
Overall very friendly but a little organised. Missing certain communication about the process. Was required to answer some situational based questions and give past experiences. Required to present on how I would approach the role in the first 6 months. followed by psychometric test.
