I had a very positive experience with HR and two tech interviews last week. The questions were clear, and I believe I did really well. Unfortunately, I heard no feedback yet.

The interview consisted of three meetings: one for presentation, another with a very large technical team of 6 people, and a final one with the leader. There were many technical questions about performance and vision and alignment with the company's values. After three weeks, they told me that I had passed all the interviews and that I should wait for the contract; two weeks later, they told me that the position had been closed, and I was left waiting for the contract when I had already said no to other offers. Very bad on the part of this company.
