I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Allianz (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
There was quite a long wait between application submission and receiving a link to the online assessments compared to other graduate scheme processes. Once completing the standard numerical / verbal / inductive reasoning tests and a mini job simulation (responding to colleagues and ranking responses to a situation) I was invited to a self recorded video interview. This asked the standard “tell me about a time..” questions that are present in virtually every graduate scheme process. Following this was an invite to a virtual assessment centre where I completed a group activity and a 1-1 interview with a current underwriter. Be able to expand on your CV and explain what you have put in there - this formed a majority of my interview. Interviewer and AC organiser were easy to talk to and made the experience very comfortable.
