first round: very basic, mostly motivational and competency type qs. interviewer said is dhould hear back in a good way, but didnt hear back at all. very odd as i was also very qualified
They were very pleasant and first introduced their team and asked some technical questions. all in all, good company to apply for, even if i didn't get the offer for this position

Aptitude test and English test: English test was to read an article and write a letter to your boss when you need to let him/her know something.
interview: group
introduce yourself and the employer will ask questions that you mentioned before.
teamwork:
they will divide the students into 3-4 groups, and give you the topic to discuss with each other to see the discussion process in your team, it lasts about 2-3 hours.
